What corporate paella catering costs

Live paella pricing is straightforward once we know the basics:

  • How many staff you need
  • The length of service
  • The paellas you choose
  • Distance and access to the venue

Live paella pricing depends on the event. A simple paella lunch costs less than a wedding with canapés, three paellas and waiting staff. Your quote spells it all out.

What to tell us

Good planning starts with a few facts. Please include:

  • What the venue already provides
  • Roughly how many adults and children
  • The date and rough timings
  • A picture of the cooking space, if it’s a garden or field

A detailed enquiry gets a more accurate quote: the venue, the timings, the courses you’d like and any extras. To send your details, send us your details through our quote form.

Why live cooking beats a buffet

Food vans can create long queues. Paella pans serve many people quickly. Access and travel can make a difference to the cost, so tell us about the venue when you ask for a quote. Everything is confirmed in writing.

Why us?

  • Starters and desserts to complete the menu
  • Separate pans for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal guests
  • A clear, itemised quote
  • Paella cooked from scratch on site

Planning the cooking area

Most outdoor spaces and many venues work for live paella, but there are a few things to check:

  • Level ground for the pans and burners
  • Approval from your facilities team or building manager
  • Good ventilation: outdoors, or an open-sided cover

If in doubt, send us a picture of the spot and we will advise before booking.

Canapé tapas

Canapés suit launches and client events.

Paella lunches

A choice of paellas, ideal for a lunch break.

Should I cook it myself?

You can hire equipment and do it yourself, but there’s shopping, prep and hours of cooking. A caterer handles all of that.

A DIY paella party works for small groups. For larger numbers, mixed diets or a wedding, a caterer takes the pressure off, and handles separate pans for each diet.

FAQs for Bray

Could we have live paella in Braywick Park?

Only with permission from the park’s owner, usually the council. Ask them first, and we will send any information they need.

Is Bray close to London?

Roughly 26 miles from the centre of London.

Do you cook inside?

Typically we cook outdoors or under a ventilated cover, since the burners are gas. We will check whether your venue has a suitable space.

Do you cover Bray?

Yes. We cater across London and the South East, and Bray is within our area and the rest of Windsor and Maidenhead. To check your date, fill in our quote form.

Can we pay by invoice?

We’ll explain booking and payment when you enquire.

What space do you need to cook?

A level space for the pans, burners and a serving table, outdoors or in a marquee or well-ventilated area, and the venue’s permission for live cooking.

When do you arrive?

That depends on your menu and numbers. We will agree arrival, cooking and serving times with you so the paella is ready when you want it.

Can we add tapas or canapés?

Yes, and it’s a popular combination. Tapas first, paella to follow.

What happens on the day

We cook over gas burners in wide, shallow pans. It needs a level spot with some shelter and good ventilation, which we agree with you beforehand. December events in Bray are in the dark from about 3:55pm, so plan lighting where we cook. Summer events have daylight until around 9:25pm.

  1. First, we check date and venue.
  2. You choose paellas, canapés and extras.
  3. We provide the paperwork.
  4. Your team watches the paella cook.
  5. It’s served quickly, then we pack down.
