Who we are

Love Paella is a catering business covering London and the South East. We’re responsible for the personal details you send us.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote, we receive what you enter in the form or send us: your name, email address, phone number, event details and any dietary or allergy information you choose to share.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, plan and deliver your event, and keep the records we have to keep for accounts. We don’t sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Allergy and dietary information

If you tell us about allergies or health-related dietary needs, we use that only to plan safe food for your event.

Who we share it with

Only with services we use to run the business, such as our form provider and email host, and with your venue where needed to plan the event.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become bookings are deleted after a reasonable period. Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for accounts and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
