How our festival paella catering works in Taplow

One paella stall covers many diets: separate meat, seafood and vegan pans. That makes life easier for organisers. Typical bookings include country shows and food and music festivals, serving vegan paella, chicken and chorizo paella and seafood paella.

Rural events near Taplow can be a long way from food outlets, so a hot-food stall is a big help. You’ll know exactly what’s included before you book: menu, staff, crockery and anything else you choose, with no surprises on the day.

Is live paella right for your event?

Some traders struggle with vegan and gluten-free options. A vegan paella pan sits alongside the others. If you have a budget in mind, tell us, and we’ll suggest a menu to match. Even a simple menu can be a feast.

Why Taplow hosts choose us

  • No hidden extras in your quote
  • Sangria and bar staff available
  • Food that becomes part of the entertainment
  • Crockery and waiting staff if you need them

Space, weather and the venue

The right spot keeps things safe and helps the paella cook evenly. We need:

  • A pitch big enough for the pans, burners and serving table
  • Clearance from tents and gazebos
  • Clear information on power, water and waste

Not sure about your space? Send us a photo and we will tell you honestly before booking.

Step by step

The paella is cooked in huge, shallow pans over gas burners. It needs a level spot with some shelter and good ventilation, and we agree where that is before the day. For an evening event in Taplow, sunset is about 8:55pm in late May and 9:25pm in late June; after dark, we need a lit pitch.

  1. Tell us about the event, the crowd and the pitch.
  2. You get our stall menu and what we need on site.
  3. Paperwork goes over in good time.
  4. We time the first pans for the lunchtime rush.
  5. When trading ends, the pitch is cleared and left clean.

Should I cook it myself?

Cooking it yourself? Test your pan and burner first, have hot stock ready, and don’t stir once the rice goes in. Keep a clear zone around the burner.

Plenty of people try cooking paella for their own party. The usual problems are a pan too big for the burner, too much rice and stirring once the rice is in. If you’d rather enjoy the party, let us cook.
