How our corporate paella catering works in St Clement's

A paella station turns lunch into part of the event, not just a break from it. We cook Spanish desserts, vegan and vegetarian paella and paella lunches, and we are frequently booked for team lunches and open days and launches.

Teams near St Clement's often go for an outdoor lunch or summer party. Let us know about the site. We serve straight from the pan, so it is hot and generous, and a queue moves quickly.

Is live paella right for your work event?

Sandwiches are easy but forgettable. Live paella gives staff something to talk about. When you compare quotes, check what each one includes: staff, crockery, bread and salads, travel and VAT. Our quotes spell it all out.

  • Send us totals for each diet and any serious allergies
  • Provide shade and seats outdoors

If timings change on the day, tell us and we will adapt.

What corporate paella catering costs

There’s nothing hidden: the price is based on:

  • How long we’re needed on site
  • The paellas you choose
  • Staff: cooks, waiting staff and bar staff
  • Extra courses such as canapés, tapas and dessert

The price depends on your guest numbers, the menu and how many courses you choose, plus any staff, crockery and travel. We quote for each event individually.

What we need to know

To check availability and price, we need:

  • The date and time of the event
  • Where the event is
  • The courses you’d like
  • Any dietary needs and allergies

Each quote is tailored to your event. Tell us your date and guest numbers, and we will confirm whether we’re available that day.

Organising for someone else?

Hosting a party at home? Send a photo of the space and tell us about parking, and we will tell you honestly whether live paella will work.

Events in public spaces, like parks, normally need permission. We can send whatever the landowner or council needs from us.

How the day works

Watching it cook is half the fun. We start with the sofrito, add the stock and saffron, then spread the rice across the pan and leave it alone to cook while your guests chat. In St Clement's, a summer staff party stays light until about 9:25pm; for winter events, dark by about 3:55pm, we need lighting.

  1. We start with your date, venue, headcount, timings and diets.
  2. We send a menu, a price and the paperwork for your venue.
  3. Access, parking and set-up are agreed with you or facilities.
  4. We cook live on the day and serve on schedule.
  5. Afterwards, our area is cleared and left clean.

Preparing for the day

  • Plan cover in case of rain
  • Give us your final numbers and diets
  • Ensure the spot is clear of anything flammable

We can. Let us know your halal numbers, and it is cooked separately.
