Live wedding paella catering in Gallows Corner

How our wedding paella catering works in Gallows Corner

A paella wedding makes mixed diets simple: each paella has its own pan, so every guest gets a proper hot main. We’re often asked to cater garden and marquee weddings and weddings with mixed diets, serving canapé tapas, Spanish desserts and a paella wedding breakfast.

London weddings around Gallows Corner often mean a ceremony at a church or register office, then a reception at a hired venue or a family garden. Live paella works well at both, as long as there’s a ventilated spot to cook. In London, parking and loading need planning early. You will know exactly what’s included before you book: the menu, the staff and any extras.

How we price wedding paella catering

Every event is priced individually, and the price depends on a few things:

  • Whether you need crockery
  • Starters, canapés and desserts
  • Waiting and bar staff
  • How long we are needed on site

If you have a budget in mind, tell us, and we’ll suggest a menu to match. A simple menu can still feel generous.

Getting an accurate quote

When you get in touch, it helps to tell us:

  • The address or venue name
  • A picture of the cooking space, if it is a garden or field
  • Whether the venue has crockery or staff
  • Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and allergy numbers

It is easy to get a price: tell us the date, place, numbers and any dietary needs. We will send a clear, itemised quote and a suggested menu.

What we need at the venue

Every venue is different, so we ask about the space when you contact us. Generally, we look for:

  • Parking close enough to carry equipment
  • An open-sided catering gazebo next to the marquee
  • Flat, firm ground for the cooking area

Gallows Corner is in London, within the Ultra Low Emission Zone, and parking can be tight: let us know about permits, bays or off-street parking.

Not sure about your space? Send us a picture and we’ll tell you honestly.
