About our tapas catering in Walthamstow Village
Tapas are sharing food, made for conversation. Canapés go round while guests mingle, or table tapas go out to share. On the menu are albóndigas, patatas bravas and gambas al ajillo, and we’re often booked for sharing tapas starters and office parties and launches.
For a London drinks party in Walthamstow Village, canapé tapas are easy to serve in a small space. Each paella is cooked from scratch on the day, not reheated, and served the moment it is ready.

The process
When we arrive, we set up our cooking area, light the burners and start the sofrito. The rice goes in about 20 minutes before serving, so we time everything to your schedule. A summer drinks reception in Walthamstow Village has daylight until about 9:20pm at midsummer, ideal for tapas in the garden. DIY paella versus live catering
Plenty of people try cooking paella for their own party. Common mistakes are mismatched pans and burners, overfilling and stirring. If you’d rather enjoy the party, let us cook.
DIY catering keeps costs down, but the host spends the party cooking. With live paella catering, you get the theatre without the work.
