About our paella catering in Ware
Two or three pans side by side cover every guest: a meat or mixed paella, a seafood paella and a vegetable or vegan one. Each is cooked separately. Typical bookings include weddings, from canapés to evening food and festivals, fairs and school events, with mixed paella, black rice and paella Valenciana.
For a rural spot like Ware, the countryside is part of the appeal: a paella cooking in a garden or field feels right at home. Tell us about access and the ground. Your quote spells out exactly what’s included: menu, staff, crockery and anything else you choose, with no surprises on the day.
Planning for every diet
We take diets and allergies seriously. Here’s how you can help:
- Plan seating for most guests: paella is easiest eaten sitting down
- Let us know about other food at the event
- Send allergies to us in writing
- Let us know if anyone has coeliac disease
Once the rice is in, it needs about 20 minutes, so we start it at the right moment for your event. If plans change, tell us and we will adjust.
Spanish desserts such as churros or crema catalana finish the meal.

Cook it yourself or book a caterer?
Plenty of people try cooking paella for their own party. The usual problems are a pan too big for the burner, too much rice and stirring once the rice is in. If you’d rather enjoy the party, let us cook.
You can hire equipment and do it yourself, but there is shopping, prep and hours of cooking. A caterer handles all of that.
