About our wedding paella catering in Camber
We can cater your whole wedding day or one part of it: canapés, a tapas starter, a paella wedding breakfast, evening food and dessert. Whether it is receptions after an intimate ceremony and weddings with mixed diets, we’ll put together a menu of table tapas, evening paella and canapé tapas.
Near Camber, weddings are often in fields, barns or gardens. Live paella is made for that: no kitchen, just a level, sheltered spot. Tell us about lanes, gates and ground conditions. We serve straight from the pan, so every plate is hot, and a queue moves quickly.

Why choose live paella in Camber?
If you’re weighing up paella against a traditional menu, consider your venue, diets and the style you want. Seafood and premium ingredients cost more than chicken or vegetable paellas, so the menu you choose affects the price. Tell us your budget and we’ll suggest a menu.
What you get with us
- Real theatre, not just catering
- Fast service from the pan
- Crockery and waiting staff if you need them
- Add tapas, canapés and Spanish desserts

How we price wedding paella catering
Each event is quoted on its own, and the price depends on a few things:
- Your choice of paellas
- Whether you need crockery
- The number of people
- Starters, canapés and desserts
Got a budget? Let us know, and we will put together a menu that fits. A simple menu can still feel generous.

Common questions in Camber
Can you cater a reception after a service at St Thomas the Apostle?
Yes, at a garden, marquee or venue nearby with a suitable spot to cook. Live cooking usually happens at the reception venue, not the church. Send us the reception address.
Is Camber too small for live paella?
Not at all. We cater in villages and hamlets as well as towns. Let us know about access and parking.
What areas do you cover?
We cover London and the South East, East Sussex included. See all areas.
What does wedding paella catering cost?
The price depends on numbers, menu, courses, staff and travel. Tell us about your event and we’ll send a quote.
Can you cater for children?
Children are welcome. Let us know numbers and ages, and we will plan a pan with them in mind.
Do you do starters?
Yes, it’s the classic pairing. Tapas go out first, then the paella.
Can you do sangria?
Sangria can be added, and provide bar staff to serve drinks you supply.
Should we have more than one paella?
Most events have two or three: meat or mixed, seafood, and vegetable or vegan. We will help you decide the split.

Venues frequently have their own rules about outside caterers: where cooking is allowed, access times and the paperwork they need. Send us your venue’s requirements and we will follow them.

Can I cook paella for a crowd myself?
Some hosts like to cook themselves. Common mistakes are mismatched pans and burners, overfilling and stirring. If you’d rather enjoy the party, let us cook.
Cooking paella for a crowd yourself is possible, but it’s harder than it looks. A big pan needs a burner that heats it evenly, and getting the rice right at scale is tricky. Read how to cook paella for a crowd.
