Live wedding paella catering in Brockbridge
DIY paella versus live catering
Plenty of people try cooking paella for their own party. Common mistakes are mismatched pans and burners, overfilling and stirring. If you’d rather be with your guests, we will do the cooking.
If you do cook yourself, test the pan and burner together beforehand, keep the stock hot, and leave the rice alone once it is in. Keep a clear zone around the burner.
Wedding paella catering in Brockbridge, cooked live
Paella as evening food is popular: it’s hot, filling and quick to serve, so evening guests are fed and the dancing carries on. For evening wedding food and civil partnerships and vow renewals, we can cook table tapas, a paella wedding breakfast and canapé tapas.
There’s something special about a country wedding near Brockbridge, and an open-air paella adds to it. Plan access and cover in case of rain. We serve straight from the pan, so every plate is hot, and service is quick once it’s ready.

Questions from Brockbridge
Is Brockbridge close to London?
About 58 miles from central London.
Do you come out to small places like Brockbridge?
Not at all. We cater in villages and hamlets as well as towns. Tell us about lanes, gates and parking.
Do you do vegan paella?
Of course. Vegetarian and vegan paellas are cooked in separate pans.
Is the paella cooked on site?
It is. We bring the pans, burners and fresh ingredients and cook it there and then, serving it hot from the pan.
Is halal food available?
We can. Tell us how many guests need halal food, and it is cooked separately.
What do you need at the venue?
A level space for the pans, burners and a serving table, in the open air or a ventilated covered area, plus the venue’s agreement to cooking.
What if the weather’s bad?
A covered, ventilated spot keeps us cooking in the rain. We’ll make a plan B with you.
Can you do our whole wedding menu?
Any part of the day, or all of it, from canapés to evening food.
Live paella or other catering?
Live paella is less formal than a plated meal, but with canapés, table tapas and good crockery, it still feels special. There is no one-size-fits-all price for live paella. A garden party lunch and a full wedding menu are very different jobs. We itemise everything in your quote.
