Tapas catering for Churt events
Tapas catering in Churt, made fresh on the day
A good spread mixes hot and cold: Manchego, Serrano ham and olives alongside patatas bravas, croquetas and gambas al ajillo. On the menu are Serrano ham, gambas al ajillo and albóndigas, and we are often booked for table tapas as a starter and birthday and anniversary parties.
Near Churt, tapas suit gardens, barns and marquees. The paella is served straight from the pan, so it is hot and generous, and service is quick once it is ready.
Dietary needs and planning tips

- Book staff to carry canapés round
- Let us know if tapas are a starter or the main event
- Pair tapas with sangria, cava or sherry

Bar staff and sangria.
Can I cook paella for a crowd myself?
Some hosts like to cook themselves. Common mistakes are mismatched pans and burners, overfilling and stirring. If you’d rather enjoy the party, let us cook.
Hiring a pan and burner is one option, but you’ll still need to source ingredients, prep and cook for hours. We take care of all of it.
Planning the cooking area
Live paella is cooked over gas burners in large pans, so the cooking area needs a little planning. Here’s what we look for:
- Space on each table
- Permission from the venue
- Unloading access
Not sure about your space? Send us a picture and we will tell you honestly.
