The process

We arrive in good time before you want to eat, unload, set up the burners and prepare the stock. Your guests are welcome to watch as the paella takes shape. A summer drinks reception in Brogdale has daylight until about 9:15pm at midsummer, perfect for canapés outdoors. In late September, sunset is about 7:00pm; winter receptions, dark by 3:50pm, are better indoors.

  4. Canapés go round or tapas go to the tables.
  5. We clear our equipment afterwards.

Should I cook it myself?

DIY catering keeps costs down, but the host spends the party cooking. Booking us means you get the show without the stress.

Hiring a pan and burner is one option, but there’s shopping, prep and hours of cooking. A caterer handles all of that.

How we price tapas catering

The same guest numbers can mean different prices, because of:

  • How long we’re needed on site
  • How many staff you need
  • The paellas you choose
  • Whether you need crockery

If you have a budget in mind, tell us, and we will put together a menu that fits. A simple menu can still feel generous.

You do not need everything decided to ask for a quote, but it helps to know:

  • Where the event is
  • Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and allergy numbers
  • Anything your venue supplies
  • Your date and when you want to eat

Send us the date, your venue or ME13 postcode and guest numbers, plus any dietary needs, and you’ll get a menu idea and a price. Just send us your details through our quote form.
