We are having a ceremony at St Bartholomew-the-Less: can you cater afterwards?
Yes, at a nearby garden, marquee or hall where we can cook. Churches rarely have space for live cooking, so the meal is normally elsewhere. Tell us where the reception will be.
Can you supply plates?
If you need them. Crockery or disposables can be added.
Can the paella be cooked in a hall?
Usually we cook outdoors or under a ventilated cover, because we use gas burners. We will check whether your venue has a suitable space.
Can you do gluten-free paella?

Yes. Halal paella is cooked with halal chicken and no pork or alcohol, in its own pan.
