What happens on the day
When we arrive, we set up the burners and pans and start cooking the sofrito and stock. Once the rice goes in, it takes about 20 minutes, so we time everything to your schedule. At midsummer, it’s light in Jericho until about 9:25pm, so a garden party can run well into the evening. In late September it is dark by about 7:10pm; add lights for the evening.
- Send us your date, address and numbers.
- We suggest paellas and extras and send a quote.
- We arrive before your guests and set up.

Can you cook in Oxford University Parks?
Only with permission from the park’s owner, typically the council. Ask them first, and we’ll send any information they need.
When do you arrive?

Which areas do you serve?
London and the South East: Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and the Isle of Wight.
How soon do we need to book?
As soon as you have a date. Peak dates go quickly, so it pays to ask early.
Will it be noisy or smoky?
Paella is cooked over gas, so there’s cooking steam and smell but little smoke. The smell is normally the best advert for the party.

Of course. We cook vegetarian and vegan paellas in their own pans, alongside the meat and seafood pans.
