How the day works
It is a relaxed, well-organised set-up. We agree arrival and serving times in advance, set up the pans and burners, and cook and serve without fuss. At midsummer, events in St Ann's stay light until about 9:20pm, so evening trading generally finishes in daylight in high summer. For winter markets, dark by about 3:55pm, the pitch needs lighting.
- You send us the event, dates and pitch details.
- We confirm what we’ll serve, our pitch needs and any paperwork.
- We set up at the agreed time.
- Pans cook in full view and we serve throughout the event.
- At the end, we clear our pitch.
Before we arrive
- Pick a flat, firm spot for us to cook
- Give us a contact for the day
- Let us know the timings for the day
How to get a price
Send us the date, your venue or N15 postcode and guest numbers, plus any dietary needs, and you will get a menu idea and a price. To get started, send us your details through our quote form.

Cook it yourself or book a caterer?
Hiring a pan and burner is one option, but you will still need to source ingredients, prep and cook for hours. We take care of all of it.
A DIY paella party works for small groups. For big numbers or lots of diets, a caterer makes life easier, and keeps vegetarian and allergy-safe pans separate.
