How our tapas catering works in Priestwood

Tapas are sharing food, made for conversation. Canapés go round while guests mingle, or table tapas go out to share. On the menu are Serrano ham, Manchego with membrillo and gambas al ajillo, and we are often booked for evening sharing boards and birthday drinks.

In Priestwood, tapas work at home or in a local hall. We serve straight from the pan, so it is hot and generous, and service is quick once it is ready.

Your questions about tapas catering in Priestwood

We’re having a ceremony at St Andrew: can you cater afterwards?

Yes, at a nearby garden, marquee or hall where we can cook. Live cooking normally happens at the reception venue, not the church. Send us the reception address.

How far is Priestwood from London?

Roughly 29 miles from the centre of London, and well within our area.

Do you do desserts?

We can add a dessert. Let us know if you’d like one when you ask for a quote.

Can we add drinks?

Sangria and bar staff can be added.

Are your tapas vegetarian-friendly?

Yes. Tortilla, patatas bravas, padrón peppers and Manchego are vegetarian classics.

Will there be enough food?

Quantities depend on numbers, timing and courses, with a sensible margin. Accurate numbers help.

Do we need staff for canapés?

Staff make canapés work, and we can provide them.

Do you cater for vegetarian guests?

Of course. Vegetarian and vegan paellas are cooked in separate pans, alongside the meat and seafood pans.

Working with your venue

For big numbers, we plan pans and serving points to keep queues short, so guests are fed quickly. Tell us how long you have for food.

Many venues have rules for outside caterers: where cooking is allowed, access times and the paperwork they need. Tell us what your venue needs and we’ll work to it.

What’s in the pans
