How the day works
We cook over gas burners in wide, shallow pans. It needs a level spot with some shelter and good ventilation, and we agree where that is before the day. Evening receptions in Grain stay light until about 8:50pm in late May and 9:15pm in late June, so canapés can go round outdoors on a summer evening.

- You choose canapés, table tapas or both.
