Paella catering across MK12
Paella has always been food for a crowd: cooked outdoors in a wide, shallow pan and shared. That is exactly what we bring to your event in MK12. We are often asked to cater family celebrations and christenings and garden parties and summer barbecues, with vegan paella, mixed paella and black rice.
When the rice goes in, it is left alone. That’s what gives paella its separate grains and crispy base. Your guests will smell it before they see it.
- Send us your date, numbers and venue.
- We plan the menu with you, including every diet.
- We arrive early to set up the burners and pans.
- The sofrito, stock and rice go in, and guests gather to watch.
- Service is straight from the pan, then we pack down.
What you will pay
Cost depends on guest numbers, the menu and the courses, along with staff, extras and travel. Every event gets its own quote.

Space, weather and the venue
Most gardens and venues can host live paella, but there are a few things to check:

About the dishes
Paella Valenciana
Valencians take their paella seriously. The classic version is chicken, green beans and butter beans with saffron.
Black rice
Black rice looks dramatic and tastes of the sea.
Cook it yourself or book a caterer?
Plenty of people try cooking paella for their own party. The usual problems are a pan too big for the burner, too much rice and stirring once the rice is in. If you’d rather enjoy the party, let us cook.
Cooking it yourself? Test your pan and burner first, have hot stock ready, and leave the rice alone once it’s in. And keep children and pets well away from the burner.
How we price paella catering
Here’s what makes the biggest difference to the price:
- The number of people
