About paella catering in BR4

A couple of different pans covers everyone: a meat or mixed paella, a seafood paella and a vegetable or vegan one. Every pan is cooked on its own. Typical bookings include birthday celebrations and retirement and leaving parties, with mixed paella, seafood paella and chicken and chorizo paella.

From set-up to serving, we look after the food, so you can enjoy your event. If you’ve chosen tapas or canapés, they go out first while the paella cooks.

  1. You share your date, numbers and venue.
  2. We plan the menu with you, including every diet.
  3. We arrive early to set up the burners and pans.
  4. The sofrito, stock and rice go in, and guests gather to watch.
  5. We serve hot from the pan and clear our cooking area.

Diets, allergies and planning

Good planning keeps every guest safe and happy. Try these:

  • Have seats for most of your guests

A short rest after cooking helps, which is when we normally call guests over.

Tapas or canapés make a good start as the rice cooks.
