How our festival paella catering works in South Heath
We can trade as a stall or cook for crew, volunteers and VIP areas. Typical bookings include VIP and hospitality areas and community events and open days, with seafood paella, giant-pan paella and vegan paella.
At a fête or field event near South Heath, a paella stall brings a hot, filling meal to a rural site. Ground conditions and access matter, so tell us about them. Tapas, canapés, desserts, sangria and staff can all be added, so the whole menu comes from one caterer.

South Heath questions
Which station should guests use for South Heath?
The closest is Great Missenden station, roughly 1.2 miles away.
Do you trade at school fairs around South Heath?
Yes, if the school is happy for us to cook on site. Tell us the date and pitch details.
How many paellas should we have?
Two or three covers most guests. Tell us about your guests’ diets and we’ll suggest the mix.
Can you cater for children?
Children are welcome. Tell us how many and roughly how old, and we’ll plan a pan with them in mind.
Who clears up?
We clear our cooking area away when service is finished. Waiting staff can clear tables if you book them.
Is there a vegan option?
Yes. Vegan paella is cooked in its own pan.
Can you supply plates?
Yes, if you need them. Let us know what you have, and we will quote for the rest.
Can you handle a lunchtime rush?
Service from the pan is fast, ideal for peak times.
Live paella or other catering?
Food that sits in a hot cabinet is not much to look at. A huge pan cooking in view sells itself. When you compare quotes, check what each one includes: staff, crockery, sides, travel and VAT. We itemise ours.

How it works
We arrive in good time before you want to eat, unload, set up the burners and prepare the stock. Your guests are welcome to watch as the paella takes shape. Summer events in South Heath have daylight until about 9:25pm at midsummer and about 7:05pm by late September, so evening trading typically finishes in daylight in high summer. For winter markets, dark by about 3:55pm, the pitch needs lighting.
- You send us the event, dates and pitch details.
- We confirm what we’ll serve, our pitch needs and any paperwork.
- On the day, we arrive and set up our pitch.
- We cook in front of the crowd and serve from the pan all event.
- At the end, we clear our pitch.
Getting ready for the day
- Check the venue allows live cooking
- Send us final numbers and dietary needs in good time
- Name one person we can ask on the day
Getting a price
Tell us your date, venue or postcode and roughly how many guests, plus any dietary needs, and we’ll reply with a menu suggestion and a quote. To get started, send us your details through our quote form.

What we need at the venue
Every venue is different, so we’ll ask about yours when you contact us. In general, we need:
- Vehicle access to the pitch at set-up and break-down
- Clear information on power, water and waste
- A pitch big enough for the pans, burners and serving table
Not sure about your space? Send us a picture and we will tell you honestly.

At the end, we clear the pitch and leave it clean.
Churros and tapas can join the menu.
