Live festival paella catering in Amersham

Festival paella catering in Amersham, cooked live

A paella stall covers several diets at once: meat, seafood and vegan pans side by side. That makes life easier for organisers. Whether it is sports clubs and race days and food and music festivals, we can cook churros, chicken and chorizo paella and giant-pan paella.

In Amersham, a good food stall can make an event. One paella pitch covers several diets. We bring everything we need to cook, and pack down our cooking area when service is finished.

The process

We cook over gas burners in wide, shallow pans. It needs a level spot with some shelter and good ventilation, which we agree with you beforehand. Summer events in Amersham have daylight until about 9:25pm at midsummer and about 7:05pm by late September, so evening trading generally finishes in daylight in high summer. Winter markets, dark by about 3:55pm, need a well-lit pitch.

  1. Organisers send us the event details, dates and pitch information.
  2. We confirm what we will serve, our pitch needs and any paperwork.
  3. On the day, we arrive and set up our pitch.
  4. The paella cooks in full view, and we serve from the pan through the event.
  5. We pack down and leave the pitch tidy.

How to prepare

  • Leave space around the cooking area
  • Pick a flat, firm spot for us to cook
  • Name one person we can ask on the day

Can I cook paella for a crowd myself?

Plenty of people try cooking paella for their own party. Common mistakes are mismatched pans and burners, overfilling and stirring. If you’d rather enjoy the party, let us cook.

Doing it yourself saves money, but the host ends up stuck at the stove. With live paella catering, you get the theatre without the work.
