Cook it yourself or book a caterer?

Plenty of people try cooking paella for their own party. Common mistakes are mismatched pans and burners, overfilling and stirring. If you’d rather enjoy the party, let us cook.

A DIY paella party works for small groups. For larger numbers, mixed diets or a wedding, a caterer takes the pressure off, and keeps vegetarian and allergy-safe pans separate.

How the day works

Service is quick: the paella goes straight from the pan to the plate, so large groups are fed quickly. Afterwards we clear our cooking area away. Summer events in Laughton have daylight until about 9:15pm at midsummer and about 7:05pm by late September, which helps evening trading. For winter markets, dark by about 3:55pm, the pitch needs lighting.

  1. Send us your event details and pitch information.
  2. We confirm menu, pitch needs and documents.
  3. We set up on time.
  4. We cook in full view and serve all event.
  5. We pack down and tidy the pitch.

Before we arrive
