About 22 miles from central London, and well within our area.

Can you trade at our festival or fair?

Tell us about your event, and we’ll confirm availability and requirements.

Of course. Canapés with drinks or tapas for the tables, while the rice is cooking.

Do you provide drinks?

Sangria can be added, and we can staff a bar with your drinks.

What documents can you send?

Tell us what the event needs and we will send it with our application.

Do you clear up afterwards?

Do you offer halal options?

We can. Tell us how many guests need halal food, and we will cook a separate pan.

We cook at festivals, fairs, markets, school and charity events, sports days and open days. Typical bookings include sports club events and christmas and farmers’ markets, serving chicken and chorizo paella, giant-pan paella and churros.

A fête near Fairseat might be on a field with no mains power; let us know and we’ll plan for it. The paella is served straight from the pan, so every plate is hot, and service is quick once it’s ready.

Catering for every guest

We take diets and allergies seriously. Here’s how you can help:

  • Make allergen information visible at every stall
  • Feed crew and volunteers at set times
  • Check how many portions traders can serve
  • Check traders’ packaging and waste plans

We cook in full view of visitors, serving throughout the event.

Tapas and churros can be added to a stall menu.

How it works

We work to your timings. If things run behind, we adjust the cooking so it’s still served fresh. Summer events in Fairseat have daylight until about 9:20pm at midsummer and about 7:00pm by late September, which helps evening trading. For winter markets, dark by about 3:50pm, the pitch needs lighting.

  1. It starts with your event details and pitch information.
  2. We confirm what we’ll serve, our pitch needs and any paperwork.
  3. On the day, we arrive and set up our pitch.
  4. Pans cook in full view and we serve throughout the event.
  5. We pack down and leave the pitch tidy.

Planning help

Is live paella right for your event?

Crew sandwiches are easy but dull. A hot paella keeps crew going. Seafood and premium ingredients cost more than chicken or vegetable paellas, so the menu you choose affects the price. Tell us your budget and we’ll suggest a menu.

Why us?

  • Catering across Kent, including Fairseat
  • Starters and desserts to complete the menu
  • No hidden extras in your quote
  • Drinks service on request

Should I cook it myself?

Weighing up DIY against a caterer? Consider your numbers, your guests’ diets and your own time. Ask us for a quote and compare.

Some hosts like to cook themselves. The usual problems are a pan too big for the burner, too much rice and stirring once the rice is in. If you’d rather enjoy the party, let us cook.
