How our corporate paella catering works in Worthing

Work events need fast, inclusive food that keeps people talking. Live paella ticks every box. We are frequently asked to cater launches and open days and team lunches, serving canapé tapas, Spanish desserts and paella lunches.

Work events in Worthing can be at offices, business parks or hired venues. The site needs to allow live cooking in a ventilated spot. Tapas, canapés, desserts, sangria and staff can all be added, so one booking can cover the whole menu.

Why live cooking beats a buffet

For catering that’s part of the event, live paella is a strong choice. Tapas, desserts, sangria, staff and crockery are optional extras, so you can choose exactly what you need.

Why us?

  • Food that becomes part of the entertainment
  • No hidden extras in your quote
  • Tapas, canapés and desserts if you want them
  • Every diet catered for, pan by pan

Dishes our guests love

Paella lunches

A choice of paellas, ideal for a lunch break.

Canapé tapas

One-bite tapas served by staff during receptions.

DIY paella versus live catering

For a small group, cooking yourself can work well. For larger numbers, mixed diets or a wedding, a caterer takes the pressure off, and handles separate pans for each diet.

Cooking it yourself? Test your pan and burner first, keep the stock hot, and do not stir once the rice goes in. And keep children and pets well away from the burner.

Worthing questions

Is Worthing close to London?

Roughly 48 miles from the centre of London, and well within our area.

What about events near the coast?

Yes, as long as we can shelter from the wind. Wind is the main issue on the coast, so we plan shelter.

Can you do sangria?

Sangria can be added, and we can staff a bar with your drinks.

What documents can you provide?

Let us know what’s required, and we will send what you need.

Do you provide plates and cutlery?

Yes, on request. Crockery, cutlery and napkins, or good-quality disposables are available.

Can you cater for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes, and meat eaters frequently go back for seconds. Each is cooked separately, with its own stock and utensils.

How much does corporate paella catering cost in Worthing?

Every event is quoted individually, based on what you actually want. Give us your date, numbers and menu ideas and we will reply with a price.

Which areas do you serve?

We cover London and the South East, including West Sussex. See all areas.

How it works

When the rice goes in, it’s left alone. That’s what gives paella its separate grains and crispy base. The smell generally draws people over. After-work summer parties in Worthing have daylight until about 9:20pm in late June and 7:05pm in late September; for winter events, dark by about 4:00pm, we need lighting.

  1. Send us the date, venue, numbers, timings and diets.
  2. You get a menu, a quote and any documents the venue asks for.
  3. We arrange access and timings with your facilities team or venue.
  4. We cook live on the day and serve on schedule.
  5. We clear our cooking area away and leave the space as we found it.

Before we arrive

  • Keep the cooking spot clear of fences, hedges and branches
  • Arrange parking near the cooking spot
  • Arrange a covered spot for wet weather
