What does corporate paella catering cost?

It depends on guest numbers, the menu, the courses, staff and travel. Tell us about your event and we’ll send a quote.

Can you do a team-building activity?

Teams often enjoy watching and asking questions. Talk to us about what you have in mind.

What happens if it rains?

A covered, ventilated spot keeps us cooking in the rain. We’ll talk it through before the day.

What about pudding?

We can add a dessert. Tell us what you have in mind in your enquiry.

Can you cater for children?

Of course. Children frequently love a simple chicken paella. Tell us how many are coming.

Planning the cooking area

If a space isn’t suitable, we’ll tell you. What matters most:

  • Open air or a well-ventilated covered spot
  • A level, firm spot for the burners and pans
  • Sign-off from facilities for live cooking

If you are unsure, send a picture of the space and we will say what we think.

The process

From set-up to serving, we look after the food, so you’re free to enjoy your work event. Any tapas or canapés are served first while the paella cooks. After-work summer parties in Little Barrington have daylight until about 9:30pm in late June and 7:10pm in late September; for winter events, dark by about 4:00pm, we need lighting.

  1. We start with your date, venue, headcount, timings and diets.
  2. We send a menu, a price and the paperwork for your venue.
  3. Access, parking and set-up are agreed with you or facilities.
  4. On the day we set up, cook live and serve at the agreed time.
  5. Afterwards, our area is cleared and left clean.

Before we arrive

  • Plan cover in case of rain
  • Leave space around the cooking area
  • Confirm the venue is happy with live cooking

Paella lunches

Paella is a quick, hot lunch for a crowd, with every diet covered.

Canapé tapas

Bite-sized tapas carried round by staff.

Can I cook paella for a crowd myself?

Hiring a pan and burner is one option, but you’ll still need to source ingredients, prep and cook for hours. We take care of all of it.

For a small group, cooking yourself can work well. For big numbers or lots of diets, a caterer makes life easier, and handles separate pans for each diet.

Is live paella right for your work event?

For catering that is part of the event, live paella stands out. Got a budget? Let us know, and we will suggest a menu to match. A simple menu can still feel generous.
