Wedding paella catering in Sandhurst, made fresh on the day
Mixed diets are easy at a paella wedding: every paella is cooked separately, so vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal guests eat the same kind of meal as everyone else. For sharing-style wedding meals and big weddings with every diet, we can cook table tapas, canapé tapas and evening paella and more.
A wedding in Sandhurst might mean a ceremony at a local church followed by a reception in a garden, marquee or hall. That’s ideal for live paella: we can cook during the photos. We cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal guests, with each paella cooked in its own pan and clearly labelled.

Sandhurst: your questions answered
We’re having a ceremony at St George's Church: can you cater afterwards?
Yes, at a nearby garden, marquee or hall where we can cook. Churches rarely have space for live cooking, so the meal is usually elsewhere. Send us the reception address.
What’s the nearest station to Sandhurst for guests?
Sandhurst station, about 0.8 miles west of the centre.
What if the timings change?
We plan for it. The rice goes in at the last sensible moment, so it is ready when you are.
Can you liaise with the venue coordinator?
Of course. We’re happy to talk to your venue about access, timings and requirements.
Can we try the food first?
Mention a tasting in your enquiry, and we’ll explain how it works.
Do you come to Sandhurst?
We do. We cook at events in Sandhurst and across Bracknell Forest. Tell us your date and we’ll check availability.
Can you cater the whole day?
Any part of the day, or all of it, from canapés to evening food.

Cook it yourself or book a caterer?
Weighing up DIY against a caterer? Consider your numbers, your guests’ diets and your own time. Ask us for a quote and compare.
If you do cook yourself, test the pan and burner together beforehand, have hot stock ready, and do not stir once the rice goes in. Keep a clear zone around the burner.
Planning for every diet
Allergies and diets are taken seriously. Here’s how you can help:
- Ask whether your venue allows outside caterers
- Tell us about suppliers who need feeding
- Send us the running order and speech times
- Decide whether guests queue at the pans or are served at the tables
We typically set up where guests can watch, and it makes a great photo.
Spanish desserts, or your own wedding cake, finish the meal.
Live paella or other catering?
Food trucks serve one order at a time, which can mean long queues at a wedding. Paella pans serve many guests quickly. Got a budget? Let us know, and we’ll suggest a menu to match. Even a simple menu can be a feast.

The process
We take care of the food from set-up to service, so you can enjoy your wedding. Any tapas or canapés are served first while the paella cooks. - Share your date, venue, numbers and plans for the day.
- We build the menu course by course and send a quote.
- Timings are agreed with you and the venue, around speeches and photos.
- We cook live on the day and serve every course on cue.
- Afterwards we clear our area; any staff you’ve booked stay as planned.

Planning help
What wedding paella catering costs
Each event is quoted on its own, and the price depends on a few things:
- Chicken, vegetable or premium seafood
- How many courses
- Staff: cooks, waiting staff and bar staff
- Travel, parking and access
The cost per head typically falls as numbers rise, since the set-up is much the same either way. Tell us your numbers for an accurate price.
Getting an accurate quote
We can quote more accurately with a few details. Here’s what’s useful:
- The date and rough timings
- Approximate guest numbers, including children
- Whether the venue has crockery or staff
- The venue or postcode
Not sure what you need yet? That is fine: give us the basics about your wedding, and we’ll make suggestions. To start, send us your details through our quote form.
- Cooked live in giant pans at your event
- Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal options
