About our wedding paella catering in Crondall

We can cater your whole wedding day or one part of it: canapés, a tapas starter, a paella wedding breakfast, evening food and dessert. On the menu are Spanish desserts, a paella wedding breakfast and table tapas, and we’re frequently booked for farm and barn venues and relaxed sharing-style wedding breakfasts.

A wedding in a small place like Crondall frequently means a field, a barn or a family garden. That is exactly where live paella shines: no kitchen needed, just a level, sheltered spot. Tell us about lanes, gates and ground conditions. The paella is served straight from the pan, so it is hot and generous, and a queue moves quickly.

Dishes our guests love

Table tapas

Sharing tapas breaks the ice before the paella arrives.

Evening paella

A second round of paella for the evening, quick to serve and filling.

Should I cook it myself?

Hiring a pan and burner is one option, but you will still need to source ingredients, prep and cook for hours. A caterer handles all of that.

You can cook paella for a crowd yourself, but it takes practice. Large pans need the right burners, and getting the rice right at scale is tricky. Our guide to cooking paella for a crowd explains how.
