Tapas catering for your event in Twineham

Tapas are sharing food, made for conversation. We serve them in two ways: canapés carried round while guests mingle, or table tapas set down to share. Popular choices include tortilla española, albóndigas and gambas al ajillo, and we are frequently booked for canapés with welcome drinks and tapas and paella menus.

Near Twineham, tapas suit gardens, barns and marquees. The paella is served straight from the pan, so it’s hot and generous, and service is quick once it’s ready.

The process

From set-up to serving, we look after the food, so you are free to enjoy your event. If you’ve chosen tapas or canapés, they go out first as the rice is cooking. At midsummer, it’s light in Twineham until about 9:20pm, ideal for tapas in the garden. In late September, sunset is about 7:05pm; winter receptions, dark by 3:55pm, are better indoors.

  1. We check your date.
  2. You choose canapés, table tapas or both.
  3. We set up on arrival.
  4. We serve the spread.
  5. Afterwards, we clear up.

Twineham: your questions answered

Is Twineham close to London?

Roughly 37 miles from the centre of London, and we cover it as standard.

We’re having a ceremony at The Parish Church of St Peter: can you cater afterwards?

Yes, at a garden, marquee or venue nearby with a suitable spot to cook. Live cooking typically happens at the reception venue, not the church. Tell us where the reception will be.

What do you need at the venue?

Less than you might think: a level spot clear of fences, hedges and branches, with room for a serving table. Send us a picture if you are not sure.

Can you supply plates?

Yes, on request. Proper crockery or quality disposables are available.

What happens if it rains?

A covered, ventilated spot keeps us cooking in the rain. We will talk it through before the day.

Can you provide dessert?

Yes. Spanish desserts such as churros or crema catalana.

Can the paella be cooked in a hall?

Only in a suitable, well-ventilated area with the venue’s permission. Most events have us cooking outside or in a doorway or courtyard.

Do you take everything away?

We pack down our cooking area after service. Waiting staff can clear tables if you book them.
