Live corporate paella catering in Woodlands

Corporate paella catering in Woodlands, made fresh on the day

Canapés, bowl food and desserts can be added, and we work with your venue on access and paperwork. For launches and open days and summer staff parties, we’ll put together a menu of canapé tapas, Spanish desserts and bowl food for your guests.

For offices in and around Woodlands, the cooking spot is normally a courtyard, terrace, car park or roof terrace, if the building allows it. Facilities teams generally need to approve live cooking, and loading needs planning. Everything is cooked from scratch at your work event, never made in advance and reheated, and served the moment it is ready.

What’s in the pans

Paella lunches

Paella is a quick, hot lunch for a crowd, with every diet covered.

Vegan and vegetarian pans

Cooked separately with their own stock.

Live paella or other catering?

Barbecues cook in batches and struggle with diets. Paella handles diets with separate pans. Cost depends on guest numbers, the menu and the courses, along with staff, extras and travel. Every event gets its own quote.

Why us?

  • Everything cooked fresh at your event
  • Fast service from the pan
  • Every diet catered for, pan by pan
  • Crockery and waiting staff if you need them

See Our pricing Or The cost guide.

How the day works

The cooking is part of the entertainment. We start with the sofrito, add the stock and saffron, then spread the rice across the pan and leave it alone to cook. In Woodlands, a summer staff party stays light until about 9:20pm; for winter events, dark by about 3:55pm, we need lighting.

  1. Send us the date, venue, numbers and timings.
  2. You get a menu, a price and documents.
  3. Access and set-up are agreed with facilities.
  4. We cook live and serve on schedule.
  5. We pack down and leave the space tidy.

Space, weather and the venue

No two venues are the same, so we’ll ask about yours when you get in touch. In general, we need:

  • Parking close enough to carry equipment
  • A safe distance from anything that could catch
  • Sign-off from facilities for live cooking

As a London location, Woodlands is inside the Ultra Low Emission Zone, and parking takes planning: tell us about parking bays, permits or a driveway.

If you’re unsure, send a photo of the space and we will say what we think before you book.

  • Plates, cutlery and napkins, or disposables

Choosing a paella caterer

Should I cook it myself?

Hiring a pan and burner is one option, but there’s shopping, prep and hours of cooking. A caterer handles all of that.

Some hosts like to cook themselves. Common mistakes are mismatched pans and burners, overfilling and stirring. If you’d rather be with your guests, we’ll do the cooking.

Planning for every diet

We take diets and allergies seriously. Here’s how you can help:

  • Think about shade and seating
  • Ask facilities what documents they need from us
  • Make sure there are plenty of soft drinks
  • Check the building or venue allows live cooking

We arrive on time and follow your site rules, including sign-in and parking.

Bar staff and sangria on request.

Your questions about corporate paella catering in Woodlands

Is parking a problem for events in Woodlands?

London parking needs planning: let us know about permits or off-street space. We’ll work around it.

Can you cook in Inwood Park?

Only with permission from the park’s owner, normally the council. Check with them, and we will provide our paperwork.

Do you work in winter?

We can, with a suitable covered cooking area. A steaming pan on a cold evening goes down well.

Can you do gluten-free paella?

Yes, on request. Rice is naturally gluten-free, but stock and some ingredients may not be, so we make a separate gluten-free pan.

How much space do you need?

A level space for the pans, burners and a serving table, in the open air or a ventilated covered area, plus the venue’s agreement to cooking.

What does corporate paella catering cost?

Every event is quoted individually, based on what you actually want. Give us your date, numbers and menu ideas for a clear quote.

Can you serve a large team in a lunch break?

We can. Paella is served straight from the pan, and we plan pans and serving points around your timings.

What paperwork do you have?

Let us know what’s required, and we will provide it.

Organising for someone else?

For repeat events, such as annual staff parties or seasonal fairs, let us know your dates early, so we can plan ahead.

If you’re booking for a business, tell us how you’d like to handle the booking and payment, and we will explain how it works. We can work with your facilities team on access and timings.
